Our Joseph is 6!

It's amazing how fast 6 years can go by. We've been so blessed to have spent the last  6 years with our Joseph!  He's quite a character with such a personality all of his own.   He is always so confident, and social!  Oh boy is he our social one! He talks to everyone about anything.  We never know what he is going to say or do next, but we can always count on him to make us smile. One of the teachers at the school has called him "zippy" and indeed that in a word is Joseph. He's always been a such a good kid.  He's our little lover and always makes sure everyone else is doing okay.  We love him lots and lots! We could not imagine how our family would be without our Joseph.

With Jeffery out of town, Joseph was very excited to have Aunt Jacque and David come down from Flagstaff and to be able to spend his birthday at Aunt Jessica's house with cousins. To celebrate we had a pinata

Aunt Jessica took over the cake this year for me and Joseph loved it!  You can't go wrong with Darth Vader, especially since she played the Star Wars theme music while he blew out the candles.  His smile in his picture sums up how happy he was!

HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY JOSEPH!

By the way his feet are "awesome"!  He still enjoys showing people his "lines" on his feet, or in other words his scars where Uncle John performed his surgery. (which was a year ago!)  I am reminded almost daily of how blessed we are to have had John correct Joseph's feet.  A year ago, Joseph wouldn't have been able to run on the playground for more than 5 to 10 minutes without coming back to rest.  Now Joseph is like the energizer bunny.

What's been going on...

Boyd has discovered a new way to clean the table!

January seemed to fly and ended with my birthday.
My 28th birthday and at the time I was 28 weeks along. I am currently almost 32 weeks.
I have tried to rest while at the same time trying to get my house in order.  The baby is growing big and is very active!  I have really enjoyed being able to feel him move and love feeling all the round parts of his body poke me.  It's getting harder to bend down and get back up.  The c-section has been scheduled for April 15 (39 weeks).I haven't yet gone that long with the other 3, but every birth and pregnancy is different. Jeffery and I think we know what his name will be, but still haven't decided on a middle name.  Its a little different name, but whenever I talk about the baby, it just seems natural to call him that name and Jeffery agrees.    We will see though...

Jeffery has started to remodel the main bathroom in the house and he is currently in Florida on a business trip for over a week. The boys have really enjoyed helping Jeffery too.  Riley has been right beside him asking questions and Boyd and Joseph love to help with their own tools.

(I'll post all the changes to the bathroom once it is completed)

February also has been going by way too fast.  We had a very nice Valentine's Day.  Jeffery and I even got to go on a much needed date night and had a great dinner together.
We have kept very busy, and as time grows shorter and shorter to the arrival of #4 my list of things to do grows longer and longer.
